There are few phrases in business that can inspire the powerful combination of interest and cringe like mentoring. The concept itself is great and we all want to be able to say we have a real titan mentoring us on our way to success and world domination. In reality, most of us are lost and unsure of how to build a great mentor-mentee relationship.
